About
Meet Dr. Okasi
Welcome
I'm so glad you're here.
I'm Dr. Chetanna Okasi — a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, author, speaker, and follower of Jesus Christ. For more than twenty years, I have had the privilege of caring for women through every stage of life, from adolescence and infertility to pregnancy, menopause, and beyond. Throughout my career, I have learned that while medicine can treat the body, only God can truly heal the soul.
I graduated from Harvard University before earning my medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Since completing my residency, I have devoted my career to caring for women and helping them pursue healthier, fuller lives. Yet some of my greatest lessons have not come from medical textbooks or operating rooms. They have come through my own experiences of waiting, loss, unexpected detours, profound joy, and God's unwavering faithfulness through them all.
I have been married to my husband, Dr. Emeka Ihemelandu, a cancer surgeon, for more than twenty-three years. Together we are raising three wonderful children, and our family has experienced both extraordinary blessings and significant challenges. Those seasons have continually reminded me that God is faithful — not only when life unfolds according to our plans, but especially when it doesn't.

The Mission
God cares about the whole woman.
This devotional was born out of a simple conviction: God cares about the whole woman. He cares about your faith, your family, your health, your purpose, your disappointments, your relationships, and your future. Nothing in your life is too small or too broken for His attention.
My prayer is that these devotionals will encourage you to know God more deeply, trust Him more completely, and live with the boldness and confidence that come from understanding who you are in Christ. Whether you are walking through a season of celebration or struggle, I hope these pages remind you that God is still writing your story — and He is not finished with you yet.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.
